WHAT CAN YOU DO FOR US?

The perfect fit for this role must be an individual with strong interpersonal, persuasive, customer service, and communication skills, that is an expert at handling problems in a timely manner. 

This position also requires:

- 3+ years of experience as a Call Center Manager.
- Experience leading large teams.
- Proven English proficiency
- Familiar with working on sales metrics that help measure agents performance in order to apply the right persuasion or motivational strategies.
