Join our team as a B2B Sales Development Representative and get up to $70,000 pesos in commissions + base salary. We are looking for people who are personally motivated to pursue a career in sales. In this role you’ll be responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel, connecting with prospects and collecting the right paperwork.

The main objective of this position is to schedule a financial consultation between the business owner/decision maker and one of our sales representatives

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inbound and outbound calls to improve your chances of engaging more businesses
  • Educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential customers. Contact every lead and determine who goes and who moves forward. 
  • Move leads through the sales pipeline. 
  • Learn about our prospects business and needs.
  • Follow up on B2B sales opportunities by building up our value proposition with each call to minimize objections. 
  • Support account executives by chasing new business opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, Commercial Loan, Insurance and/or Finance. 
  • High-commercial negotiation and objection handling.
  • Proficiency in using CRM.
  • Willingness to take ownership and execute.
  • Problem-analysis and decision making skills.
  • English proficiency.
